Jimmy Rollins: Lead Pastor at i5 City church

Jimmy Rollins is the Lead Pastor at i5 City in Glen Burnie, Maryland. He and his wife Irene and their three children, Kayla, Jayden and Maya, launched i5 City in 2012. The Rollins 5, as they call themselves, were called to build a diverse, outward-facing church to serve the local and global community. One of the ways in which they did this was through starting a youth track and field club, which grew into middle school elite football teams. On the podcast, we talk with Jimmy about what it takes to build a healthy church culture.
